General Booking Information

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 will be added to your final payment. Your security deposit will be returned to you, by check, within 7 days of your departure, less any charges for damages to the premises.

Payment Terms
50% payment is due at time of booking to reserve your dates. The balance of 50%, plus damage deposit, is required within 60 days of arrival. If your booking is made less than 60 days before arrival, we require payment in full to hold your reservation. Upon receipt of payment, we will provide you with a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Vacation properties are rented far in advance. If a cancellation of a booking is requested, we will do our best to re-rent the property, and will refund any amounts paid, less a 10% administration fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property, any amounts paid, not including the security deposit, will be forfeited. The full amount of the security deposit will be returned immediately by check.

Maximum Occupancy
The Villa is suitable for a couple, or a single individual. The Villa is not suitable for children. The maximum occupancy of 2 persons for this property is strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note that The Villa is a No Smoking property. Please note also that pets are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.
